Robert Parker Homes commenced operation in June 2005 to help satisfy the growing demand for a quality builder in the Perth Hills. Many "suburban" builders just would not consider building this far out of the city, or they over-priced the home to make it worth their while.
The owners Robert and Deanne Parker (yes, Robert is a real person - Bob as he is known) are locals - they live in Glen Forrest, and their four children attend a local primary school.
We don't employ salespeople and no-one is paid commission - we are all here just doing our best to provide complete customer satisfaction. Let's face it, Bob and Dee want to be able to go to the local shopping centre and hold their heads up high.
We can handle your project from the early design stage, right through to full working drawings; energy efficiency calculations, engineering certification, town planning applications (if necessary), and building licence approvals.
